SANTA LUCIA
Santa Lucia is one of the three Caribbean islands, named the Little Antilles. The climate is tropical, but slightly cool, which is under the influence of the trades. The temperature is around 28 °C during the whole year. The capital is Castires and is situated in the Western part of the island.
Santa Lucia is a wonderful combination of azure beaches, calm bays, tropic forests, large banana, and cocoa and coco trees plantations. Mountains higher than 3000 meters rise in the center of the island. The famous rocks “The Big Piton” and “ The Small Piton” are situated here, as well as the only Drive –In Volcano in the world.
